Who We Are

GRO Digital was founded by Olivia Berlanguet, a seasoned digital marketing expert with over six years of industry experience. Olivia’s passion for marketing started in high school and grew stronger while studying Business Management with a focus on Marketing at Toronto Metropolitan University.

Throughout university, she worked closely with small businesses, applying marketing theories in real-world scenarios. After graduation, Olivia transitioned into the corporate world, first specializing in lead generation and later in e-commerce marketing—gaining valuable experience across a wide range of digital channels, including SEO, ads, and conversion optimization.

She eventually began managing full-scope digital marketing campaigns: running ads, optimizing websites, leading SEO strategies, creating content, and executing complete brand revamps. After successfully transforming the marketing efforts of over 10 businesses, Olivia launched GRO Digital. Now backed by a growing team of five, GRO Digital is helping brands scale their digital presence with a multi-channel, performance-focused approach.
